RMA Service Form

Please fill out all information pertaining to your laptop and complete the fields below.     In order to provide proper service: If your laptop is within warranty, we cannot provide a prepaid label until all information below is received. If your laptop is no longer within warranty, the out of warranty diagnostic fee, $100.00, must first be paid for alongside receiving this completed RMA document.

The $100.00 out of warranty diagnostic fee includes inbound and outbound shipping from the Eluktronics Service Center in addition to diagnosing the issue. A label will be provided when you check out for this service. Repair cost will be discussed, approved, and paid before we can complete the service.

*Note: If you have installed aftermarket components, it is possible the unit may be experiencing issues related to non-compatible products. Please be sure to first reinstall and test the factory included components before proceeding with a service request.

*Note: We ask that you remove or temporarily change any passwords which would keep our technicians from testing all included hardware. If you do not wish to provide access to your operating system, we will happily conduct our analysis with a test drive (please note this in the box above if you decide to do this). In the event no issues are found with a test drive, our only available recommendation can be to perform a clean factory re-installation of your operating system.

BitLocker - Disclaimer

If you have enabled BitLocker on any drive within your laptop, please be certain you know your recovery key. Your BitLocker recovery key is a unique 48-digit numerical password that can be used to unlock your system if BitLocker is otherwise unable to confirm for certain that the attempt to access the system drive is authorized. A motherboard replacement would very likely trigger the requirement of your recovery key. Eluktronics cannot be held responsible in the event you are unable to access a device or data in which you have encrypted.

File Backup - Disclaimer

Eluktronics can not be held responsible for loss of storage or files. We strongly recommend ensuring all pertinent files have been backed up prior to sending in your laptop. Our service team will request approval before conducting a factory reinstallation of your operating system in the event it is required.

Windows License Key - Disclaimer

In the event your computer needs a new motherboard and your original order did not include or you did not purchase a Windows operating system from Eluktronics, you will be responsible for contacting Microsoft or the vendor in which you acquired said license key for further assistance. Eluktronics will not be held responsible for key replacements.

Out of Warranty - Disclaimer

Ship Your Laptop - Disclaimer

The manufacturer boxes were designed and included to specifically secure your laptop for transit. We request you use the same packaging for shipping the laptop in for service. If you have discarded the included packaging, it is your responsibility to safely and securely package your laptop. Eluktronics will not be held responsible for any item which arrives damaged whether it be from improper packaging or damage in transit from the courier. If an item arrives with damage, we will provide pictures along with an assessment for the repair costs.

Repair Guarantee

If your product is no longer under warranty or is near the time of expiration, any repair conducted by Eluktronics includes a 90-day warranty. This guarantee pertains specific to the repair carried out and does not extend protection for the entire product. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, physical damage, or tampering of said product.

RMA Submission & Return Timeline

If you have filled out this document and received a prepaid label, please ensure that both the label and the product are securely shipped within 14 days. Your warranty expiration remains unchanged, so it's important to send the system in while it's still under warranty. Completion of this document does not extend the warranty or serve as a valid reason for requesting repairs after the warranty has expired.

After approval of this RMA, you will receive a prepaid label to ship us your computer. Please refer to "Shipping your Laptop - Disclaimer" and send your laptop in the original packaging.

Please do not ship your computer without being provided with a prepaid label by Eluktronics.

If we receive a computer without a prepaid label or a completed RMA sheet it will be refused and returned to sender.Once out of warranty scope of work has been communicated to the customer for approval, customer will have 14 days to satisfy payment. After 30 days the computer will be returned to the customer at the address provided on the RMA form. Once returned, to obtain service the RMA process will have to start over.
